Kixters.com accepts returns and exchanges on full priced merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels or any other non-factory makings. Alteration (postal labels, marker, and/or writing), damage, or omission of the original box will render merchandise not returnable for credit or exchange (No Refund). Returns must be received with fourteen(14) days of receipt. Leggings, tights, socks, and jewelry are a FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges.

  • All shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Kixters.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the fourteen(14) day return period.
  • Worn merchandise will not be refunded. Merchandise received in worn condition will be disposed of 14 days of receipt, or customer may have merchandise shipped back to them at their own expense.
  • Contact Customer Service for availability of desired exchange item(s).
  • Returns on special orders are not accepted.
  • Ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as Kixters.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • An email notification will be sent to you once your return has been accepted and processed by Kixters.com
  • Refund will be issued to the original form of payment within five (7) business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Kixters.com).
  • International shipment fees and/or any potential levied duty or customs fees will not be refunded by Kixters.com

SHIPPING

All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2 PM (EST) will begin processing and ship within 24 hours*, pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will begin processing but not ship until the following Monday.
*Holidays excluded. Kixters.com will contact you with a follow-up email if, or some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the UPS tracking number for your package. If you decide to refuse from Kixters.com, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.own.com uses UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to P.O.Boxes. During checkout, you will have the option of choosing an expedited form of shipping quoted from original UPS shipping rates. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS.

We now ship to military address via USPS Priority Mall. Transit times vary and are not guaranteed by USPS. Since our system doesn't currently support APO/FPO addresses, please select *In-store pickup* and enter your address in the comment window. API/FPO shipments subject to additional shipping fees. We will provide you with the shipping fee information once we receive your order.

WORDWIDE SHIPPING:

International shipping rates will be calculated and added at the time of checkout based on the country of shipments. International orders are shipped via USPS priority parcel post. International shoppers should be advised that their own country may impose additional duty an customs fees on products purchased from Kixters.com. Kixters.comcannot predict if or when a country may impose additional duties and levies. Kixters.com is not responsible for any additional fees that may be levied.

Kixters.com reserves that right to not ship orders to addresses other than the billing address provided and / or to a name other than what is provided in the bill to information.
